She has held numerous leadership positions for several organizations throughout Atlanta, such as the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL) and the Atlanta Legal Aid Society. Ms. Platt continually presents lectures and is a featured speaker at Continuing Education Courses for other Georgia attorneys in the area of family law and special education. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the Colorado School of Law and is rated a 10.0 on Avvo.com. Kristin Barnhart also holds numerous leadership positions across the metro-Atlanta area, including presiding as a current board member for the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL) and for the Atlanta Council of Younger Lawyers and Women in the Profession sections of the Atlanta Bar Association. She is a graduate of Sewanee: The University of the South and the Charleston School of Law.
